I studied prana yoga years ago. I knew this breath as Vishnu Mudra. Instant stress relief at bed time. Glad you found it,too. Peace & out.

Pranayama is a crazy addition to meditation. Google it and see what kind of death they warn you can happen. It’s fascinating what xenophobes come up with.

We exhale and we let go of the old moment. In doing so, we let go of the person we used to be. We inhale and breathe in the moment that is becoming. In doing so, we welcome the person we are becoming. We repeat the process. This is meditation. This is renewal. This is life.
