میں پاکستان کو ٹیکس کیوں دوں؟ یہ مجھے کابل ریسٹورنٹ کے چلانے والوں میں سے ایک افغانی نے کہا۔ میرے لہجے سے اسکو لگا کہ میں خوست کا افغانی ہوں۔ لہذا جب میں نے پوچھا کہ کارڈ کیوں نہیں لیتے اور کیش پر کیوں اصرار کر رہے ہو تو اس نے کہا کہ 'پھر پاکستان ہم سے ٹیکس لیتا ہے۔ ہم پاکستان کو ٹیکس کیوں دیں؟' 'کابل ریسٹورنٹ' پاکستان کے دارلخلافہ اسلام کے ایف سکس مرکز میں واقع ہے۔ اتنا رش ہوتا ہے کہ لاکھوں کی سیل روزانہ ہوتی ہے۔ گو کہ کھانا بدمزہ ہی تھا لیکن تین چار بندوں کا آٹھ دس ہزار بل بنا لیتے ہیں۔ پیسے صرف کیش لیتے ہیں۔ ہر بل پر 10٪ سروس چارجز کے نام پر اضافی لیتے ہیں کہ یہ کھانا آپ کی ٹیبل تک پہنچانے کا خرچہ ہے۔ پاکستان کے قلب میں بیٹھ کر یہ افغانی دونوں ہاتھوں سے نوٹ چھاپ رہے ہیں لیکن پاکستان سے نفرت برقرار ہے اور پاکستان کو ٹیکس بھی نہیں دینا چاہتے۔ کیا پاکستانی ایف سکس کے 'کابل ریسٹورنٹ' کا بائیکاٹ کر سکتے ہیں؟ اور کیا کوئی پاکستانی افغانستان کے دارلخلافہ کابل میں 'اسلام آباد' ریسٹورنٹ کھول سکتا ہے؟ جہاں بیٹھ کر وہ دھڑلے سے کہہ سکے کہ میں افغانستان کو کوئی ٹیکس نہیں دونگا؟؟ #Afghanistan #Pakistan
