there is desire for a new social network - w/o AI slop - proof of humanity - user controlled algo - ad-less - w/o ability to follow or like

I just want a steady stream of these to my desktop. So goood!
While generative AI hallucinate, don't humans do the same when they dream? Code available at: github.com/keli95566/dreamco…

A little explanation of some animated SVG illustration that I put together :)) ://
Yes it’s coming @garyvee and these AI creators will be indistinguishable from reality BUT people will know which will cause a backlash. A new breed of reality proving hardware+software is coming.
Woke vs Trad Gender vs Bio Sex Form follows function Soon it won’t matter. Physical biology will be adapted to internal identity with genetic reengineering
Voice dictation on iOS can’t do ‘Civilisation’. It always does ‘Civil elation’.
haha. it still doesn't understand what's happening. does not understand time doesn't really exist
A Thiel memo from 2020. This flows together nicely with the next 10 years of AI advancement and the automation of civilization. Capitalism and money as a tool doesn't survive with all the forces that currently exist and those coming in. It's simple physics.
We will solve this but it paints a very different social paradigm. Something much more alien but civilised/sane.
Unacceptable. No wonder why there’s so much goddamn stress and mental illness. I mean at least this is a major contributor to it.
Like it’s just the way things are done so don’t even question it. I think that’s absolutely insane. Wilfully ignorant so bliss can be achieved.
It’s not something that people really want to dwell on or focus on because it kind of goes against the social grain if you question it. And if you really start to explore the problem set it just becomes very overwhelming very quickly.
I don’t think people actually realise how much that fact alone has changed society and how we socialise and feel
I think it’s interesting how everybody is walking around with their little private reality in their smart phone and how that fact alone causes this low level anxiety throughout society

I just failed hard with a specific automation project. The amount of variability that I was having to contend with was just too great so I’m simplifying. Felt like crying. Deep lesson learned. Be careful with those known unknowns and unknown unknowns. My gawd. 😰
A great example of why every one in an org should ALWAYS be monitored (watched & heard). devils like power and prey. Guilty until proven innocent and the proving process never stops. Only in the trustless I trust us. All while maintaining privacy of course.
Anyways, it's concerning and while it might be too early to really discuss the potential damage that can be caused, I think it's important to get teams aligned. Best practices set up. New Protocols.

She makes it out to be lighthearted but there's a dark truth behind Grant's post. She mentions that everyone is essentially building now. Cross-departmental competition for the near-future coveted builder-orchestrator position in a time when companies can be run by a few

The social media nostalgia movement and design aesthetic is starting to feel a bit like remakes of old IP. Feels like there’s no real innovation left. People looking to the past for comfort rather than designing what’s next. It’s annoying.
