Musk doubled down. 2.Industrial-scale disinformation on X •2 billion+ views of debunked voter fraud claims in 2024. •Algorithm rigged to bury left-leaning voices, boost far-right lies. •Fake Harris campaign sites, AI slop, and bot swarms—all green-lit. 3.Direct foreign meddling in sovereign elections •Germany (2025): Publicly endorsed the extremist AfD, branded a threat to democracy by its own intelligence services. •UK: Amplified race-baiting riots, backed Nigel Farage’s Reform. •Romania: X became the pipeline for Russian-linked disinformation that forced the annulment of a presidential election. 4.Starving democracy of truth •Gutted X’s election integrity team. •Blocked links to leaked Trump files while amplifying MAGA conspiracies. •Turned a public square into a private propaganda machine. III. THE VICTIMS •Every American voter whose ballot was drowned out by a billionaire’s cash cannon. •Every European citizen whose democracy was treated as a plaything by a man who answers to no parliament. •Democracy itself, now bleeding from a thousand algorithmic cuts. THE DEMAND We, the undersigned voters of the United States and the European Union, charge Elon Musk with the following: 1.Cease all voter cash incentives – immediately and permanently. 2.Restore X’s election integrity safeguards or face platform-wide suspension in the EU under the Digital Services Act. 3.Pay reparations – $277 million, the exact sum he spent to buy 2024, into a Democracy Defense Fund for civic education and media literacy. 4.Submit to independent oversight of X’s algorithms by a joint US-EU task force.
