A strike hit Rosneft’s Tuapse Marine Oil Terminal on the Black Sea. The deep-water berth (operational since 2013, ~7 Mt/yr capacity) was damaged. The facility handles large tankers (up to 250 m / 15 m draft) — key for Russian crude exports.

Russia killed an old woman in this drone strike in Kramatorsk this afternoon. Officials in free Donetsk say another 3 people were injured, two women aged 42 and 66 and a 39-year-old man. As you can see, pensioners cower. No military target. Terrorism. #RussiaIsATerroristState

🔴 Russia launched 10 drones at Sumy in just one hour, targeting civilian infrastructure, local authorities report. Strikes hit a nine-story building and a two-story house; a teenage girl and an elderly woman were injured.
Russians continue pouring missiles and drones onto the people of Ukraine, a program of mass murder, as the world looks on, planning the weekend's festivities. At least fifteen people have been injured in Sumy, including four children, following another night of Russian attacks. Strikes also damaged railway infrastructure in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions, as well as a civilian facility in Dnipro. 📌 Dnipro region: A civilian enterprise in Dnipro caught fire after being hit in an overnight assault. According to the State Emergency Service, the Shakhtarska and Pokrovska communities of the Synelnykove district were also struck, damaging infrastructure and setting a private home ablaze. 📌 Odesa region: The Regional Military Administration confirmed nighttime attacks targeting the energy sector. Despite the work of air defense, one industrial site was hit, causing a fire that rescuers later contained. 📌 Sumy region: Russian forces carried out a large-scale strike on the regional center, injuring fifteen people, among them four children. All victims received medical attention, according to the National Police. The attack damaged a gas station, railway and oxygen station facilities, a diesel locomotive, a dormitory, several residential buildings, and passenger cars. 🚆 Minister for Communities and Territories Development Oleksiy Kuleba shared images showing extensive damage to Ukrzaliznytsia infrastructure. In Sumy, the depot responsible for preparing passenger train carriages was struck, damaging the Sumy–Kyiv train set. 📌 Kharkiv region: Railway infrastructure in Lozova was also hit. Train services have been rerouted, causing schedule delays.

Ukraine struck Orlovskaya Thermal Power Plant (TPP) in Oryol early this morning. The gas-fired power facility has an installed capacity of 330 MW and primarily uses natural gas as fuel, with fuel oil as a backup. The plant supplies approximately 40% of the electricity needs for Oryol Oblast and 65% of the thermal energy (district heating) for the city of Oryol. Ukrainian drones struck both its high-voltage electrical distribution and control system within the plant's substation infrastructure and its fuel oil storage facility, setting them on fire
This morning, the Russian army struck a children’s hospital in Kherson. They could not have been unaware of where they were striking. This was a deliberate Russian attack specifically against children, against medical personnel, against basic guarantees of life in the community. The hospital sustained heavy damage, and sadly, there are injured among both the staff and the children who were being treated there. The youngest wounded child is eight years old—the boy himself was wounded, as were his mother and brother. At the moment of the strike, about a hundred people were inside the hospital. And Russia is not even ashamed to consider such facilities as targets. Russia is now the largest terrorist organization in the world, which is not only dragging out its terrorist war but also trying to do everything possible to ensure that no opportunity to end the war succeeds. Russia deliberately undermines every meaningful diplomatic effort, discredits those helping to protect life, and seeks to create new sources of destabilization in Europe to make it harder for Europeans to assist Ukraine. And this year, as the United States has made such significant efforts to end the war, the Russians have only increased the audacity and scale of their strikes. Nothing convinces Russia except pressure and strength. America’s recent step was the right one—substantial sanctions against Russian oil companies. Such measures must continue—to rein in Russia’s brazenness, deprive it of the means to prolong the war, and create a real motive for Moscow to end this war. Terrorists must be dealt with only as they deserve—with strength and just treatment. I thank everyone who helps Ukraine!

All of Ukraine is currently covered with hundreds of Russian drones and missiles. It's impossible to have sufficient "air defense." Ukraine needs thousands of long-range offensive weapons to destroy Russian military bases.
