feeling good is more about deleting a faulty belief than about changing who you are or what you're doing there's people doing way worse than you who have given themselves permission to feel great
its obvious why therapy gets such meager results therapy is basically like going to a personal trainer and having a convo about how to lift weights for an hour a week no shit nothing's gonna change, you gotta perform the action you gotta put in the reps you need someone having you do it RIGHT NOW luckily there are processes to heal and strengthen your mental and emotional bodies most just don't know about them

"personal magnetism" sounds cool and esoteric but its really simple its just about what thoughts you're thinking Level 1 of this is having interactions with people while complimenting them in your mind you'll notice they'll like you approximately 2.6x more boom now you have "personal magnetism" you can go deeper and train yourself to accept positive beliefs that ensure you'll be loved wherever you go

you know your worldview is false because it makes you feel bad how you know a relationship is the wrong one for you? it doesn't make you feel supported, you don't feel optimistic, it lacks enjoyment + enthusiasm it literally feels wrong so you exit that relationship and get into one that does make you feel those things apply this to your worldview. do you believe that the world is against you? that you have to strive super hard for meager results? that you're not good enough for the things you want? All of those are false and you can tell because they feel bad in your body why would you choose to believe in something that doesn't support you?

this is 100% true and people don't realize that their emotional struggles will never go away until they actually do the healing work on the events and memories that wounded them. People think they can just get rich and successful enough to make them go away lol
here’s my current interpretation the smart people who remain chronically single despite their apparent attempts to not be, are likely using their intellect, agency etc to mask their emotional/relational issues, which often began in early childhood (may be opaque to themselves)

each of your beliefs is self-reinforcing which is why your life seems to remain the same your life is actually in constant flux but its being artificially kept in place by you constantly looping the same belief this is why it is of the utmost importance you change your negative beliefs you can either forge yourself in the supreme being you've always wanted to be or you can wake up at 50 realizing you've wasted your life

getting fit will do f*ck all to heal your mommy or daddy wound and healing that wound won't change the thought pattern that will produce more of the same experience the only permanent solution is to change the thought pattern itself luckily its pretty simple you just go back to the gym except this time it's the MINDGYM

the thing with changing beliefs is you'll catch yourself in an old negative thought loop and wonder if you've made any progress at all you have, but these mfs are like cockroaches they're hard to kill

when i see a huuuuuge jacked guy (like bodybuilder big) i just think "wow what a waste of time and effort" coulda taken 70% of that work and put it towards something that will actually make their life better and still be muscular and way healthier some guys are just stupid

You're unsatisfied because you won't do the thing that will actually change your life productive procrastination via gym/work/hoes won't change a thing its just fear that's stopping you find the thing that's actually blocking you (often an emotional hang up or an old belief) and you can vanquish it and instill the new one thru massive action a self-software update version 2.0

getting a good body is an entry-level ambition every young'n hits the gym to get jacked because to them that is self development they're working with a simplistic model i started the same way after you get the body you want and still don't feel as happy or fulfilled as you wanted, you learn how to work with emotions and heal childhood wounds then if you're still not the person you want to be you take the next step inward and learn to change your thoughts and beliefs its impossible to not be the person you envision if thoughts and beliefs are on point they literally create your reality its all a journey inward to find what really hold weight

the day you can separate how you feel from the results you get is the day you set into motion the events that will cause you to have everything you desire It is an act of will and faith without these God will find you unworthy

Anyone who's ever attained a huge desire knows that the first few weeks of striving are simply about burning off your needy energy you'll push and strive and on week 2 day 4 when there's still not any results, you're like "wtf is going on, am I ever going to get this thing" If that's where you are, there's only one thing to do: Persist. In month 3 when you're just doing the work out of habit and you've forgotten the angst of unfulfilled desire, that's when the desire starts coming to you And you remember back to when you craved it and you realize it was that feeling that had to fade for it to arrive.
