this lady is so infested with negative beliefs they have rotted her from the inside out. where is the vibrance, the pride, the raw power and femininity? eaten up by parasitic beliefs "im not ok" "im weak on my own, must fit in" "if i say the right thing ill get acceptance" "this popular actress is better than me and innately worth more than me, i hope she likes me" "i must be empathetic and nice or people will think im a bad person, which i secretly think i am" pure submission. pathetic

Most people don't know you can just brute force a new belief into your brain why do you think companies spend $billys on billboards, commercials, print ads? THEY’RE HAMMERING THEIR GAY LITTLE PRODUCT INTO YOUR BRAIN don’t let them ignore ignore ignore instead hammer your own chosen beliefs into yourself 1 trick I like to do this is writing lines remember the school punishment from like 50 years ago? writing the same thing over and over? it is effective if you do it enough because your brain begins to just passively accept the phrase. ESPECIALLY if the phrase gives you a hit of energy/emotion/warmth every time you write it. This is key. Pick something you want to be true, IE "I'm a sexy, swaggalicious G" and write that sucker 50 times in a row each day for 2 weeks itll be so ingrained in your brain itll become a belief and that's how you change yourself from the ground level
