Most of the comments are supporting him but HF investors are probably sweating since HF cashflows probably don't look that great either.
we're regularly cashflow positive (even if it's not a goal as we have a lot of money in the bank) so our investors aren't sweating too much at the moment haha

Yes. But get rid of the non technical CTO who pissed off the best developers there. You have a business model? I believe you do. So makes for a good fit and would get people to believe in the tech to the place where they will use it heavily AND pay for it.

You should have made a poll and added "think carefully, your vote will have consequences" 😁

First, convert @huggingface to a non-profit organization like the Linux Foundation.

What is the training data? If it is copyrighted work, you will be knowingly open-sourcing something that potentially infringes copyright on a massive scale - and open-sourcing is irreversible.

Please! Knowing it was going to have the closed source “membership” license has been a giant disappointment.

Yes!! Would’ve been great if you’d done that for Coqui, we need a permissively licensed XTTS!

Tread carefully around the IP issues… you don’t want to accidentally inherit a bunch of liability.
