Gentlemen, they're mocking you. Every single woman you know is at least dimly aware of how bad things are for men. So if you encounter a post that seems mystified by the whole notion they're not.
They're exploiting you.
A few tell tale signs for these accounts.
1. They NEVER offer solutions. Ever. Because they want YOU to provide the solution. Because that's engagement.
2. They get things wrong that anyone with even a passing understanding of the modern American dating is well aware of. This is for you to correct them.
3. They're either snide or cooing. Rarely is there any middle ground that might result in actual discussion. Instead it's either snotty to keep you fighting, or cooing to keep you invested.
The harsh reality is that this is a primarily male dominated space and it is filled to the brim with lonesome fellas who just want someone, anyone, to seem even vaguely concerned with how they are.
Which means people will exploit that and it's important you be on guard against it. But why? I mean it's just another stripe of engagement farmer, right?
Well, what separates them from your average engagement farmer is that what they do is parasitically soul sucking. They don't just waste your life they actively demoralize you. They fill you with hopelessness, frustration, or worse... false hope, and then attach engagement to it.
It's evil.
X has million upon millions of people on it and lots of them are great people. Keep an eye out for them, and avoid the ones who clearly just view men as an exploitable cash resource.
