New: Police Respond to Suspicious Activity Call — Man Riding Bull Through Walmart Parking Lot Officers were dispatched after a caller reported a “male with a cowboy hat riding a whitish bull up and down the parking lot” outside a Walmart. When officers arrived, they located the rider and bull nearby in the lot of Tractor Supply Co. on W. State Street. The man told police he was passing through town for a rodeo event at Garwood Arena in Columbiana this weekend. The situation ended without incident — and not before one of the responding officers climbed onto the bull for a photo.

621 cross-Channel migrants on Thursday. 648 yesterday. Hundreds coming across today. How's "hardline' Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood - "The Terminator" - getting on? Oh I know... pathetically. Useless! Smashed any gangs lately, Keir? One in one out anyone? What a sick joke!
One of my favourite movies 🙏
The Fifth Element (1997) is the kind of sci-fi that feels impossible today. Wildly creative, unapologetically weird, and full of heart, every frame bursts with imagination. It is proof that vision and style can outshine any modern CGI spectacle.
Pathetic
The UN's COP30 climate conference begins on Monday. Remember when Spain's climate minister flew to COP26 in a private jet, was driven most of the way to the venue in a several-vehicle motorcade, then got out with just a few hundred metres to go and cycled the rest of the way on a bicycle? 🤡 IT'S ALL THEATRE, just like the Covid psyop. And, just like Covid, the goal is to create the illusion of an existential global "crisis", which can only be averted by the imposition of global totalitarianism. Stop falling for it.

Considering flying to Australia just to commit a crime.
Not usual for pepper spray to be used by the police in Sydney but it was just sprayed in big quantities over antiwar protesters outside the arms expo at Darling Harbour. Riot cops beside themsleves with excitement at having been released from their pens.
Big Indy Fan 🙏
The Indiana Jones films (1981–2008) are the blueprint for adventure cinema. Each movie blends history, humor, and heart-pounding action while keeping Indy’s charm and wit front and center. Spielberg and Ford created a hero as iconic as any in film history.

🚨In June, a BBC teleprompter instructed presenter, Martine Croxall, to say ‘pregnant people’. She, bravely, corrected this term by saying ‘women’. Today, the BBC has announced that she broke the rules because of her “facial expression”. Our national broadcaster is a disgrace.

Remind me who represented the threat again.
Villa fans sing songs at the pro-Pals in Birmingham and it all KICKS OFF. The pro-Pals hate any dissent and they throw missiles at the fans and try to get at them and have to be pushed back by police. Why were the protesters allowed so close to the ground? 🎥@AshPhillipsUK

This scene in The Mummy (1999) was filmed in one take — one wrong move, and it would’ve taken a full day to reset the mess. The crew had only one chance because the bookshelves were part of a real 1930s-style library set, not props.
I genuinely enjoyed this movie, sadly the sequels are awful. The book by Robert Heinlein was One of the first book's I read
Starship Troopers (1997) was widely panned on release because critics didn’t catch the satire. The film isn’t just sci-fi action, it’s a biting commentary on propaganda and militarism, intentionally over-the-top to make the point.

RoboCop (1987) isn’t just a sci-fi action flick. Beneath the carnage, it’s a sharp satire on corporate greed, media sensationalism, and privatization. Most people miss the commentary under the blood and bullets.
What is a parody that was done so well that most people to this day don't realize it was a parody?
