1. Drink water this morning. Do that for your kidneys. 2. Eat at least an egg today. Do that for your brain. 3. Use your legs. Exercise. Take a walk. Do that for your heart. 4. Stay hydrated through today. Do that for your body. 5. Get morning sunlight. Do that for your skin. 6. When you sit, sit straight. When you stand, stand straight. Do that for your spine. 7. Repost. Do that for others.

Small, consistent habits, staying hydrated, moving our body, getting sunlight, and eating nutritious foods, can really add up and support overall health.

It’s great to care for your body, but the mind deserves its morning routine too. Maybe today, nourish it with an honest talk, a small risk, or a few quiet minutes alone. Muscles grow from motion, but clarity grows from stillness and courage.

Sitting straight all the time will do more harm than good. Infact, sitting in the same position most of the time will stiff out your spine. Spine is supposed to flexible in all direction w/o pain. So, often change your sitting position. Also, Try rope flow exercise in ur routine.

Smoke a cigarette standing in the rain staring at a stranger and then disappear behind a bus when they notice you. Do it for him.

Solid list. I’d add a scoop of focus powder in the morning.

Sunlight is elixir of life. Sit for just 15-20 mins daily. Here's what I feel instantly: -Core temp goes up -Mood stabilizes, no high, no low. -Skin seems to glow (collagen production increases) -Feel more awake Sun is the best precursor for great health, work and life.

Ehn. Men no dey chase again because heartbreak don turn them to sprinters. The game changed. Now it’s swipe, ghost, replace — like relationship na phone upgrade. Some no get patience for small talk. Others dey fear commitment like NEPA dey fear rain. But truth be say, not everyone dey ready for real love. And when expectations high, replacements dey come fast like Lagos traffic excuses.
