in crypto, i find most people either only care about: 1/ token price (aka “when moon”) 2/ the tech and developers very few care about both. but to succeed in crypto, you need to understand both. you need to focus on token price because price dictates sentiment (no developer wants to build on a blockchain with a cratering token price). and you need to focus on developers because they build the utility (you also need to understand the tech so you can see the full potential of what can be built). that’s why we focus on both so much @easya_app. one does not work without the other.

Ripple is valued at $40 billion, not counting the XRP they hold and without operating on a global scale. Now imagine its valuation when XRP is operating on a global scale, with trillions flowing through XRP every day, non-stop. You have to start to understand that Ripple is not just any company; it is responsible for distributing XRP to institutions and governments.

this is one of the reasons why i love @kwok_phil (apart from him being my brother). he understands the technicals and how they relate to real world adoption like few others do.

nobody talks about this, but one of the xrp ledger’s secret strengths is that it’s trivial for bank developers to use it. bosses at banks can understand the code. traders can understand the code. every developer in the whole financial industry can. and i can prove it. coding for the xrpl is totally different to other blockchains. it’s simple. you don’t need to learn any new languages. you can just use the most popular ones everyone already knows like javascript or python or java. it’s basically just api calls. this makes it way easier to run pilots, get internal adoption and ultimately institutional buy-in. i’m not making this up. see for yourself in the code snippets i’ve screenshotted below. the one on the left is using the open banking api. the one on the right is using the xrp ledger. see how similar that looks? yep. once you see it you can’t unsee it. the xrp ledger was built for business. and now you see it too.
