TCS announced a 💰₹1,200 Cr “compensation package” for terminated employees — roughly 12,000 people, though in reality, no one knows the true count — was it 15K, 20K or even 30K+?
But here’s the reality check 👇
🔹 Many ex-employees (8 to 17 years in TCS) say they did NOT receive any severance pay.
🔹 People with over a decade of service were let go without fair compensation.
🔹 Meanwhile, TCS continues to post record profits every quarter.

Do you know how much shareholders received as dividends in 2025 alone?
Can you guess — ₹3,000 Cr? ₹10,000 Cr? ₹20,000 Cr? ₹30,000 Cr or even MORE? 💸
So on one side, employees are being terminated without severance,
