🚨 TCS Layoffs–Dark Side Part 3 🚨 How low can some HRs go? A shocking case from TCS Pune — where an HR named Neelam allegedly forced a 17-year TCS veteran to resign — right after she returned from #maternity leave 🤱💔 This employee was made to sit in a conference room for 2+ hours, while her newborn baby & husband waited outside the TCS gate. Despite repeatedly requesting to feed her baby, #HRNeelam didn’t allow it until the employee finally gave in — and under pressure, resigned. 👉#HR Neelam, please read the Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act, 2017 — which protects female employees returning from maternity leave. No company policy stands above Indian Labour Law ⚖️ We believe TCS management may not have given written orders — but if this act was done at HR’s discretion, it’s beyond shameful. 📢 On behalf of Forum for IT Employees, we’ll be filing complaints with: Labour Office HRD Ministry State & Central Mahila Aayog We urge @TCS, @TataCompanies, @TataTrusts, @PMOIndia, @LabourMinistry, @MinistryWCD, @CMOMaharashtra, @NCWIndia @RajyaAayog @Maha_MahilaAyog @ChakankarSpeaks @supriya_sule @advakash @MahaKamgar @PCcityPolice — to take immediate note and act. A mother deserves respect, not harassment. 🙏 #TCSLayoffs #ITEmployees #WomenAtWork #MaternityRights #LabourLaws #ForumForITEmployees #WorkplaceHarassment #TataGroup

💼 #TCS Layoffs | Severance vs Dividends — The Big Question 🤔 TCS announced a 💰₹1,200 Cr “compensation package” for terminated employees — roughly 12,000 people, though in reality, no one knows the true count — was it 15K, 20K or even 30K+? But here’s the reality check 👇 🔹 Many ex-employees (8 to 17 years in TCS) say they did NOT receive any severance pay. 🔹 People with over a decade of service were let go without fair compensation. 🔹 Meanwhile, TCS continues to post record profits every quarter. Now the interesting part 😯👇 Do you know how much shareholders received as dividends in 2025 alone? Can you guess — ₹3,000 Cr? ₹10,000 Cr? ₹20,000 Cr? ₹30,000 Cr or even MORE? 💸 So on one side, employees are being terminated without severance, and on the other, shareholders are rewarded with humongous dividends. ⚖️ Where’s the balance? Is this the real face of “Employee First” culture? #TCS #ITEmployeesRights #FITEForum #Layoffs #SeverancePay #CorporateEthics #Dividends #IndiaIT #JusticeForEmployees #Hinjawadi #PuneIT #Wipro #Infosys

A person named Palash Adhikari was detained by the police in Madhya Pradesh on suspicion of being a Bangladeshi. Palash was telling in broken Hindi that he is an Indian and a Hindu too. You will be surprised to read the rest of the story.. 😨 The police said that he is not an Indian. But Palash showed his Aadhar card, voter ID, PAN card and many other documents to prove that he is an Indian citizen and a Hindu. Despite this, the police did not believe him and the matter reached the court. Some basic questions were asked to Palash in the court: Name? Palash Adhikari Age? 42 years Father's name? Ramesh Adhikari Address? Kashimpur, Malda, West Bengal The court checked these facts with the voter list and Aadhar records and found that all these information were present in the records. Ramesh Adhikari was shown to have four sons: Palash, Subhroto, Soumen and Rahul. Now the question arose that if Ramesh Adhikari is an Indian, then his sons will also naturally be Indians. But when the court looked at the old records, especially the Special Investigation Report (SIR) of 2002, a shocking truth came to light. In the records of 2002 and 2010, Ramesh Adhikari had only two sons: Subhroto and Soumen. There was no mention of Palash and Rahul. In 2015, suddenly Ramesh's four sons started appearing in the voter list. As the investigation progressed, it was found out: Ramesh was married in 1993. The first son Subroto was born in 1995 (now 30 years old). The second son Soumen was born in 1997 (now 28 years old). But Palash was 42 years old - that is, he was born in 1983, that is, before Ramesh's marriage. This was not possible..!!! When Ramesh Adhikari was asked if he knew Palash or Rahul, he clearly said that he did not. Then the real identity was revealed: Palash Adhikari was actually Sheikh Moinuddin, who was a resident of Ahmedpur, Khulna, Bangladesh. He had infiltrated by making fake documents and claiming himself to be an Indian and a Hindu. For the last 10 years, he was secretly involved in radical activities by posing as a laborer. No one knows who the man named Rahul Adhikari is - the police is searching for him. Ramesh Adhikari, who is a simple farmer, himself was surprised how an unknown person got included in the documents by posing as his child. This case shows how thousands of Bangladeshi infiltrators are proving themselves to be Indians by making Aadhaar, Voter ID and PAN cards in fake names. This is a serious threat to the security of the country. There is a demand from the government to thoroughly investigate the voter list and identify such fake citizens and throw them out.

🗳️ Duplicate names in voter lists? - Technical Discussion. As IT professionals, we know this is a data integrity issue. In any #Database, #duplicates appear when there’s no primary key or proper validation logic. Can #Aadhaar or another verified ID safely serve as a #uniquekey to prevent such #duplication? Let’s discuss only technical angles 👇 #TechForGovernance #ITForChange #DataIntegrity In DB terms — duplicates arise when: - No unique identifier - Manual or legacy entries without validation - Poor sync between regional databases Could simple relational DB design + de-duplication scripts fix this at scale?
