Americans have already decided that a country that gives us a $48 billion return on our investment every year is not our friend.
We are going to be declining $48 billion from our friend because America First.
I was told it’s not America First to loan your friend $3.8 billion and get $48 billion back.
That is called America Last.
I don’t make the rules.
I don't want to call for an end to helping anybody that is our friend or that also helps themselves. Wrong view in my humble opinion.
Individually we are strong, but with our friends who we help make strong, we are all VERY strong.
