#Somaliland Implements Orders on Flights, Airspace, and E-Visa Entry System.
The government of the Republic of Somaliland has announced that it has today put into effect orders it had previously issued regarding flights, airspace, and the e-visa entry system.
The Minister of Aviation and Airport Development of Somaliland, Fu’ad Ahmed Nuh, who spoke to the BBC, stated that they have taken steps as part of implementing the orders they had issued, including that no aircraft may transit Somaliland airspace without holding authorization from Somaliland.
“We have utilized complete equipment that enables us to communicate with aircraft in our airspace,” Minister @FuadNouh said.

Same with the Quran and Islamic studies in the Muslim World. In public schools, it must be taught from a neutral historical critical perspective free of giving bias to anyone interpretation over the other.
In private schools everyone should be allowed to teach their own curriculum as long it is not directly inciting to violence or promoting terrorism. On the otherhand, the public school curriculum should be completely secular not favoring any one particular interpretation!
In this case, the Wahhabis/Salafis are the ones who dominate President Cirro's administration and therefore get to have a monopoly on what the religious curriculum in the country teaches (to the detriment of the Shafi'ee Ash'ari Sufis)
