Hi my name is Adi. I moved to Japan Feb 2025 and Im currently working as a Typescript dev.
Some goals I have which I want to complete in the near future

Have gotten complacent need to wake up.
Hey @nikitabier i wanna report a bug.
So when Im on my analytics page and im looking at my impressions etc.
If i switch to another app or go to the home screen and come back the page glitches for a split second into light mode.
Or
It just completely changes into light mode.
( Not always but enough times for me to notice )
Have confirmed with one other person.
Attached are two peoples perspectives.
Both are on iphones.
Wud really appreciate if the people seeing this can also confirm this behaviour.

I had a thought listening to this kind of dumb in hindsight, but interesting.
What if coding became language agnostic?
Imagine a new language that talks to an AI layer, and that AI layer writes the actual code (in Java, Rust, Node, etc.).
Coding would then be more about logic than syntax.
Somehow I have more curiosity about tech after graduating than when I was in clg studying cse topics everyday.
I wonder why?

Another day , another monday. Lets do this.

Day 16 ( Had a good rest day ) ( Night )
I had this perspective change earlier in the year that , till i go with the mindset of “ need to go thru the week and somehow make it to the weekend “ i will definitely have weeks where im just burnt out. Just going thru life was tough.
Instead i started thinking. “ Lets do our best tom as well “
Once i realised there is no end , things became simpler.
Goal check :

Its never perfection , its consistency which matters.

User stories: ( tentative )

Overall flow :
> Creation flow
>> No login/sign-in bs
>> User visits site , enters deets , gets url.
>> Admin tokens get saved in this localStorage
> Viewing flow
>> If user has no tokens , sees all the links
>> If user has the token , has CRUD func.

> Frontend : React ( Tanstack router , Tanstack query , shadcn)
> API : Bun + Hono
> DB : Postgres ( Drizzle )
> Validation : Zod
( Ideally i shud but not doing it now , no need for it)

I was a node + express kinda guy but saw a lot of people switching so wanted to try it out.
So i like to highlight the flow of wateva im building id think you can call this the sys design caz its way too simple for one but it helps me sorta not get lost in between coding.
Ooo i also like to define the user stories but ill put that on the post with the finished product caz they change usually when i decide to add/remove functionality.

Problem :
Ive seen and experienced multiple instances , now and in the past where I wanna share a bunch of links. Its almost never one.
> Coding tutorials
> Restaurant options
> Job postings
Its always a hassle to share multiple links.
Idea :
A website where u search it up no login/signup bs. U drop one or multiple links and get one shareable link.
Can add a topic for the whole context ( like Coding tutorials )
Add subtext to each link if u want.
How its done now?
Its done thru mostly notion or google docs etc but they dont have link specific ui.
So this is my first project in this series , its not a very complex idea to implement but I dont have a lot of time to commit to it. But will definitely start working on it and give updates.
I saw pewdiepie draw and started drawing just to release some anxiety last year.
Dont have time anymore 😭.

Went to watch the jjk movie. I think this was the 3rd movie I watched in Japan without eng sub. Always am mindblown i understand what they are saying.

So i thought i shud prolly do it for my personal projects as well.
What?
So ( i wanna say regulary but I have a 9-5 and rn studying for my jlpt on Dec 7 so cant commit a lot of time but after that regulary.) regulary , I wanna pitch an idea , an idea I see myself using.
I might wanna make it into an SaaS or its just to learn or just a small gimmicky thing i really need.
Gonna build it in public.
How?
Gonna give regular updates thru all stages or whenever something happens like im reporting to someone ( prolly the algo caz im a slave to it at this point ) till I deploy.
I have about one years worth of shit I wanna do.
Why?

Uk every weekend I always wanna make it productive but I also realize the need to rest.
Still havent come up with a surefire weekend routine that energizes me for the whole week. But hey todays jjk movie day that might do the trick.
