Amazed by how far @RailMinIndia has come. Was traveling after a long time, no one in our coach had been given bedrolls for no reason. Logged a complaint on the @RailMadad app, and within 10 minutes, everyone in the coach got theirs. An officer even kept following up to make sure the issue was resolved. Kudos!👏
