I’m sure there will be massive amounts of fraud uncovered in these H1B investigations. Worker visas have been a cottage industry of suspect behavior and the public will appreciate the accountability. foxnews.com/politics/trump-a…

Thank you for highlighting @RonDeSantis Our CEO @justinvianello said it best in the @FoxNews article you shared: “The work visa system is a three-headed monster.” Watch his interview in the story …it says it all. A lot more work to be done but this is a good start. @JDVance @GovRonDeSantis @StephenM @SecScottBessent @SkillStorm #H1BReform #AmericaFirstJobs

Thank you, @GovRonDeSantis, for continuing to discuss this matter—your leadership is appreciated. Job seekers face the "three-headed monster" daily, and we will look back on this as the biggest self-inflicted wound to domestic job creation in American history.

Those who committed fraud and worked against the American people must be punished. Not just revoking their visas, but they must be criminally charged. These “American” companies violated a social contract with the American people.

Drop in the bucket. If they just shut down OPT (created BY the Executive Branch, not by Congress!) and enforce the plethora of rules re: the visa programs which are ALREADY ON THE BOOKS, they can legally shut down H-1B too. “For my friends, everything; for my enemies, an endless morass of hectoring via bureaucratic regulations and red tape.” @ChristinaPushaw @NatHalberstadt

Trump is issuing H1Bs while the government is shut down. Half the jobs he created went to visas We have worse layoffs than the great financial crisis. Half the new college grads dont have jobs.

Why not just pause all visas until it’s figured out?????

You’re mistaken — the Republican Party is on the verge of splitting, which could lead to three main parties: Democrats, Republican-Moderates, and Republican-Extremists. Which one do you think will represent you?

Yes, and there's about 50 illegals loading trucks and going to jobsites every morning from a spot about 100 yards from my house. We have more work to do.

It means nothing without jail time. Where are the arrests? Where are the trials. Zero. None. The Trump DOJ just posts on X. That's it.

My team at a KKR portfolio company were replaced by outsourcing and an H-1B. It’s their business model across most portfolio companies, just like the systematic abuses DOJ is suing them for $650 million alleging 16+ antitrust violations. Replacing us is a cottage industry. This Army vet and senior doesn’t deserve this. None of us do. Fix it please.

If there is accountability and that's a big IF. All H-1B visas should be revoked immediately and all applications halted. Let's actually focus on "America First" and not India First.

It is your ambition too, that's causing rift under maga camp. If you're true leader you, SS Rubio and VP would understand. If leader throw away value propositions, infighting will eats away popular appeal. Messaging is lost. U heard about affordability being the issue#1, yet....

Aren't there rules in place in Florida that already prohibit the hiring of H1B visa holders for state jobs, such as University positions?

Meanwhile, Americans cannot afford their health insurance, with less benefits and higher deductibles for 2026. Gas is not cheap - see pic for Illinois yesterday. Nothing has changed.

Imagine what would happen if the people who came up with ideas like that, actually used that power for good? 🤔 Like turning the black hats into white hats but with fraudsters?

@GovRonDeSantis Will you consider implementing a remittance tax to places like Mexico and India?

Employers who choose H1-b’s over Americans are using cheaper labor- avoiding SS/Medicare taxes to pad profits. At the same time, your gov’t keeps reminding you that SS funds are running out because, in a nutshell, there simply AREN’T ENOUGH PEOPLE PAYING INTO THE SYSTEM! Yet the H1-b scam grows larger and larger every yr.

Unless people responsible for breaking the law start going to prison, nothing will change. The selective application of law is one of the main reasons for most of our problems.

There is exposure, but exposure is not the same as accountability. The public doesn't have much hope for the latter.
