One of my primary roles on @RubyofBlue's Halo 2: REBALANCE is polishing up the cinematics. A key part of that: dynamic lights!
Halo 2 suffers from a lack of self shadowing and shadow casting by default. Using 3-point lighting, the quality of cinematics can be VASTLY improved.

It's been 21 years since this has been in an Elite design and ita insane to me how much people who actually work on Halo undervalue it as an improtant of the Elite design and how it ties everything together
Just realized, if the Covenant/Marine designs aren't placeholder, we're kinda fucked because they'll have designed all the Flood assets around them being the Infinite NPC's
