BREAKING: Authorities fear that an ISIS terrorist attacker could be imminent in France. It’s alleged that it has been masterminded by Salah Abdeslam, the man serving life in prison for organizing the Bataclan Massacre, killing 130. Salah has been allowed to have visitors and access to a computer. The authorities now think that he has prepared another attack from his high-security prison.
NEW: The rate of Russian advances in the Pokrovsk direction has temporarily slowed but will likely increase again in the coming days as Russian forces extend logistics and bring reinforcements in the area. Additional Key Takeaways: Russia launched over 500 drones and missiles at Ukraine overnight on November 7 to 8 as it continues its long-range strike campaign against critical Ukrainian energy infrastructure ahead of winter 2025-2026. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed Colonel Yuriy Cherevashenko as the commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Air Defense Systems service on November 7. Russian forces advanced near Pokrovsk. As you can see from the most recent map, in 4 years Russia has lost significantly more ground than it’s gained, taking about a year to cover just 8 km to reach the city of Pokrovsk. If you only used X for information, you’d think Ukraine had been conquered twice over by now.
PUTIN’S DESPERATION: Since 2014, Russia has tried to take Donetsk Oblast. After 4 years of full-scale invasion, this is all it’s achieved, losing over 50% of what it gained in 2022. 1.1 million Russian casualties later, and they’ve got very little to show for it. That’s why they’re now desperately trying to take Ukraine’s 70th-largest city, Pokrovsk. The world’s ‘2nd strongest army’, reduced to bombing women and children in their sleep. 🇺🇦

🇧🇪 Belgian soldiers have been authorized to shoot down drones flying over military bases. Experts say the Belgian army demonstrated a lack of professionalism in handling the recent drone incidents. Troops used ineffective signal jammers, scrambled a helicopter too late to intercept the aircraft, and failed to locate the drone operators. “In the end, the drones calmly flew north toward the Netherlands,” RTL reported. Three large drones were spotted on November 1 and 2 over the Kleine-Brogel military base in Belgium.
