But then again I’m not sure what the point of it is apart from pure enjoyment. The same could be accomplished easier with Go or even Rust. Python too probably with the nix dependency management. And learning Rust is probably more future proof?
What’s different this time?
I used the power of nix to do the heavy lifting to bring in the dependencies.
I wrote a flake to bake it all together.
Since all this code is just personal utilities, it then gets installed in configuration.nix.
Feels good.
