💸 Black Friday is coming up and I see more and more sites featuring entire Black Friday sections rather than just a single landing page: Macy's, Nordstrom, Adidas, Under Armour... among many others ecommerce sites have now a Black Friday dedicated section featuring a few Black Friday product listings pages to target the long tail of "Black Friday" queries per:
* Audiences: women, men, children, etc.
* Product lines: shirts, jeans, etc.
* Brands (if they're a retailer with many): Hoka, Nike, etc.
... With the goal to provide a better, more dedicated Black Friday targeted user experience, with higher relevance, that can be kept and leveraged through the years... with popularity/authority/etc. signals that compound over time and are highly focused on Black Friday.
If you're an ecommerce SEO: Check out the top black friday ranked and traffic pages in your verticals, and you'll identify a few of these! Assess how well you're competing vs them for your top BF Topics to assess the viability to create at least a few of them to assess their performance, in case you haven't yet done it.
