Quick reminder that only SCOTUS is established through the Constitution.
Congress actually established the jurisdiction of all the federal judges who insist on trampling all over their “enumerated powers” from Article 1, Section 8 of the constitution.
ALL of the federal judges can be blown out by their creators that they so deeply disrespect with a simple majority vote in both chambers of congress.

We might not actually need full impeachment on all these lower court judges, if we just blow out their jurisdiction.
To my understanding, all other courts were established through the Judiciary Act of 1789, which means they can all be blown the fuck out by a simply majority vote in the two chambers of congress.
Just something to consider, given all these tyrannical judges that think they can allocate funding (constitutionally “enumerated power” of congress in Article 1, Section 8 of the constitution), or even tell the executive branch how to do its job.

-Judicial interprets the laws and ensures constitutionality.
