🌊 The "Project Ultra" community is born on Sui 🌊
Well, those who follow me know that I strive to create quality content, explaining every aspect of the projects, both the good and the bad. I strive to bring quality and also help everyone with the best information and in other ways. After months of working with content on Sui, I've come to some conclusions...
The average content created by the
@SuiNetwork community is weak, relying heavily on "breaking" posts and short texts, without deeper analysis and without showing how that new feature is truly relevant or can be used in practice in everyday life.
Another major problem is that the content revolves around the same people in the Sui community. It rarely leaves the Sui bubble and reaches communities on other networks, and this is bad. If this doesn't happen, if other communities don't learn about what's happening on Sui, we don't have adoption from new audiences. The projects will always be seen by the same people. In other words, there's no new liquidity, and after the Cetus case, liquidity has only been coming out of Sui (I believe). (You noticed that Sui was the top 13 token and is now in the top 20. We're losing a lot of market share.)
A few weeks ago, I posted about SUI ambassadors and mentioned some of these points. If you'd like to check it out, check it out:

Sui itself has already realized this. It recently held an event focusing on KOLs from other networks and left all its ambassadors out. Why? Because it wants to reach audiences outside of Sui. Sui needs to be seen outside of the bubble! This is quite obvious with the recent efforts to create tools for connecting EVM wallets and Solana. Do you remember the NS event to create a free Sui name service for Solana users? And Ika, one of SUI's biggest projects, is entirely focused on multichain connectivity!
And I completely agree. We need to connect and master all chains for Sui to become the central and strongest blockchain. However, I believe that to do this, we don't need to abandon the current Sui community. In fact, it should become stronger, improve the quality of posts, and also help SUI expand to other networks. From this idea, "Project Ultra" was born.
💎 Project Ultra 💎
Project Ultra will be a Sui-based community focused on teaching how to create quality content. I will teach you several things to learn how to create quality content. Furthermore, as a designer, I will teach some design skills so that community members can create their own visual identities and layouts for post covers to deliver eye-catching visuals that spark interest in reading. There will also be channels with job opportunities on Web3 and support to help smaller accounts grow. I have other plans to create an ecosystem that rewards both those who want to create content and those who don't.
Now, speaking of the support of the Sui community and the reach of other communities, the focus will be Help create quality content about the Sui ecosystem (projects and technology). But not only that, I want to seek partnerships with multichain projects that have audiences from other networks as well. We can bring people outside of Sui into our community to promote cross-network exchanges, extend the SUI community to other communities, and create networks and partnerships, thus breaking the Sui bubble.
Through Ultra, I want to build a community of higher-quality content creators that contributes to the expansion of Sui in other networks and communities, in addition to helping the community become qualified for job opportunities on the web3 platform.
I want to make a difference, and I believe that with the support of others, we can achieve great things within Sui and for Sui and its community. The Ultra Discord will be available soon, so stay tuned for when I open Ultra's doors.
