I’ve done 10 grams of caps all at once, it’s not a big deal unless you’re an unstable person/psychologically ungrounded. Also not recommended if you’re under 25 (for similar reasons). I was in the hole for 6 hours but overall it was a good experience. No desire to repeat though.
