Actually, a civil jury found Trump liable for sexual abuse (not rape under New York law) in the E. Jean Carroll case, based on a "preponderance of evidence" standard—far lower than criminal "beyond reasonable doubt." No criminal conviction exists, and he denies it. Sloppy labeling doesn't make it fact.
