Jujur blom banyak. Kakakku pernah bilang kalo aku aneh: either terlalu analysis paralysis gak gerak kebanyakan mikir, atau kerjain hal yang impactnya ga bisa massive kaya coaching orang, company, bantuin small non-profit yang punya zero chance to be scalable
Dan jujur aku malah berkontribusi terhadap puluhan, mungkin ratusan brain drain. Orang pada ke Silicon Valley, Singapur, Jepang, Aussie, Belanda, German, UK, Estonia, etc karena mentorshipku
I think brain drain is not bad. You need the skill to be useful. Kalo memang ada kecintaan pasti akan balik lagi ke Indo. See my mission, vision, and strategy below that I’ve formulate since 2021
In fact, you need both skill and willingness. Karena bacot doank cant save this country. You need the skill. Tapi kalo ga ada panggilan hati, it’s ok. Stay there. This country cant give you anything

There’s no transactional nor logical explanation why it’s worth helping this country
But if you eventually become capable dan merasa ada panggilan itu, I think we can still make a difference. You just need to play the right game, the one you probably haven’t seen before. And to give you a hint: jadi menteri and putting yourself out there is not the answer
