The Supreme Court just granted our administrative stay in this case. Our attorneys will not stop fighting, day and night, to defend and advance President Trump’s agenda.
Judicial activism at its worst. A single district court in Rhode Island should not be able to seize center stage in the shutdown, seek to upend political negotiations that could produce swift political solutions for SNAP and other programs, and dictate its own preferences for how scarce federal funds should be spent.

President Trump’s agenda is for people not to get SNAP?

I get that it’s an act, but come on…you’re a lawyer and you know as well as I do the DC ruling was a farce. But hey, clicks I guess.

Extremely strange framing by Bondi

No dipshit. The agenda is to fight a judge ordering the president to illegally use funds not appropriated for that purpose. In case you didn't have civics in HS, all spending must be authorized by Congress, not the president, and not the judiciary.

It's for the people who are paying

Is Trump one of the 45 Democrats blocking the government from reopening?

Jackson said taking food from kids lunches ain’t gonna fly. Now they’ll call her a racist 😭😭🤦🏼‍♀️

It’s called The Rule of Law, not The Rule of Empathy.

No that’s Schumer’s ( but for a really good reason).

i think his agenda is to just kill a bunch of people.
What did someone do to earn it?
1
No, it seems that’s the democrats. It’s astonishing we’re all arguing over defaulting back to a budget Biden passed and an AHC act passed by Obama. They don’t call yall progressive for nothing, because every bill is just a stepping stone to more and more free stuff.
Republicans have voted 14 times to give snap money to people. The Democrats have voted 14 times to not give money to snap people. You need to reevaluate what you understand.
1
That would be Senate Democrats voting 13 times not fund SNAP. but you know that. and we know that you know that. yet you lie anyway.
Can he obey the order with the 6 billion emergency fund, or is the whole 8 billion to be dispersed for the month? (I want this over with too. The ATCs and other Fed people shouldn't work without pay)
1
Yeah. Lots of them voted for him in large numbers. There is billions for Argentina, billions for farmers but not for the poor and disabled Americans who depend on SNAP. Wants to use it as a bargaining chip. Give me or I'll starve them That's today's pro life party for you.

I’m not really sure what’s going on, but if money isn’t going out, keep an eye on the people you know that really depend on it. We know a family that does. We bought them about 2 weeks of groceries for about $70. It’s not hard to make a difference in your community.

They do not understand what position KBJ was in or what her single justice order did, don’t waste your time. They’ll learn next week.
How do they not see how evil this makes them look?
1
Sadly, no, but it should be.
Tell your people to open the government.
4
My understanding is that they do not have enough money to pay benefits.
Why aren’t you going hard on the people not voting for a clean CR that would legally get SNAP benefits back in the hands of those who need them?
1
Wouldn't it be a good thing if NOBODY was on snap?
Nope. Balance the budget.
1
Yep. And the schmuck is proud to starve people. Do these corrupt morons even remotely realize Damin, how they’ve lost people like me and you, conservative folk, with their corruption and stupidity and lies?
1
That’s Congress, you retard.

How clever and dirty to use snap, but no it's not about snap at all It's about the swamp contorting control of our government and using political hack judges to seize power they don't have All that to fund their network of illegal voters on our dime That's why Nice chat
