"Envy no one. For whatever you see, a price was paid." Isn't that the truth.

Everyone's winning photo has a thousand invisible hours behind it...

Great point. People train thousands of hours, and all people see is one race.

Truly isn't. Really hit when I read it.

If you only knew, you’d want to keep your bag of troubles and not have theirs.

That's the utmost truth. We have an adage that says "if you tell a poor man what it takes to be rich, he would rather choose to be poor".

Interesting! I think even the self-made, very successful will tell you that they had no idea how hard doing what they have done, would be.

Practice mental double-entry bookkeeping: When you catch yourself envying, ask yourself: “What did they give up to get this? What do they have to do to keep it?”

Behind every highlight reel, there's a backstage struggle. Respect the journey.

So true. We only notice the results, never the bill behind them. Someone's big job might cost family time. Someone's perfect body might cost strict routines. Someone's calm mind might cost walking away from things others chase. Instead of wanting what someone has, it's smarter to ask: Would I want their trade-offs, too? Most envy disappears when we see the full picture.

Everyone pays a price, sleepless nights, personal loss, constant pressure. Instead of comparing or feeling less, focus on your own journey. What’s meant for you will come, with the price you’re willing to pay for it.

There's always a price to pay. The more successful you become, the bigger the price to pay. Be careful when you wish you could be someone else. You don't know what they went through to get to where they are.

Every highlight reel hides a cost. Every win came with unseen sacrifices. Admire the result, but respect the price.

Every reward carries a hidden cost. What we admire in others often came from sacrifices we wouldn’t choose ourselves.

Only when you realize that everyone is merely you, yet oblivious to the fact that they are, will you truly wish them the best.

yes it is, envy is a price some pay avoiding paying the price
