In every single survey of American religion I've seen it's always includes this option for religious attendance:
More than once a week.
I did a deep dive in that subgroup today.
It's 6-8% of the population.
And, yes - they really are that devout.

He did everything right. Showed up to court with his wife, followed every rule, and then ICE took her to another room and never brought her back. Now he’s sitting in a parking lot with no answers.
And every time we look away, it gets easier for them to do it again.
"A man ran to the Broadview ICE facility today searching for his wife of five years. They were following the legal process, showing up for her court case, when ICE took her to another room and disappeared her. He tracked her phone to Broadview where the signal cut off. Police told him to just look up her name online. He sat in a parking lot weeping, confused, with no answers." 🥹😭👇

A father and son were killed last night in Little Village during an armed robbery at their jewelry store.
Witnesses say their lifeless bodies lay on the ground in the middle of the street for several minutes before anyone called the police.
That’s because people in the area are afraid to contact law enforcement, said Dolores Castañeda, a longtime resident and community leader.
“The community doesn’t trust the CPD — even less now that we’re being terrorized by ICE, and they seem to be protecting the agents instead of the community,” she told me.

Early land reforms and, most importantly, the industrial revolution introduced the first singularity for growth in human history. Reasonable to argue whether AI is the second or more of the same.
Joking aside, here's my base case for thinking about AI's impact on GDP growth. I think we'll keep growing at 2%. Stuff like AI that comes once in a while how we managed to grow at 2%/y as we've done for millennia since the first industrial revolution.
There’s no sense in which we are doing something "extra". This is just what we need to do to keep growing as we have. Otherwise, we stagnate. In other words, “AI” = “2% GDP growth in long run equilibrium”. It's just like all the technological shocks that have propelled us forward thus far.
