Who were those earlier pilots with again? Who built capabilities to connect existing and emerging systems? Chainlink. See attached image.
2. This isn't a Chainlink-focused announcement; this is an unexpected announcement that Consensus is building a new, permissioned chain for SWIFT. Chainlink doesn't compete with nor offer chains itself.
How bullish is it for Chainlink that EVEN when institutions want to launch their own permissioned chain they STILL need Chainlink to be part of their architecture?
3. This is just one new, unexpected announcement from SWIFT about how they now also want to have their own chain.
There are more announcements coming because:
A) We recently saw DTCC reference being part of the continuing collaboration with Chainlink and SWIFT on project CALM.
B) SWIFT already said they're going to production with Chainlink on the workflow with UBS for fund tokenization.
C) SWIFT is coming to Smartcon.
