I need a new desk 😁. For fun, but I'm probably building one of the biggest and most complex breadboard computer. There's still a lot of work to do, but I'm getting there, last week I added the stack pointer, this will allow this computer to perform functions.
Well deserved.

"Hello World, I am ARM" 39 years ago today, the first Arm microprocessor introduced itself. We've since enabled advanced, efficient computing in 280+ billion chips, with the patents to prove it. These foundations make us the AI platform the world relies on, today & in the future.
In 2022, while recovering from COVID-19 in the hospital, I found myself bored and decided to craft an interpreter for Pascal solely using x86 assembly without any external library. I didn't finish it yet but, feel free to take a look: github.com/filipemulonde/Int…
Assembly is helpful to understand what the compiler is doing. But don't expect it to teach you what the computer is doing. Assembly today is a very high level language compared to the Microcode. For me, programming is the art of instructing Transistor how to dissipate power.

George Hotz says that everyone should learn C and Assembly.

Some of the most innovative things are indeed happening on European soil, yet the individuals driving these advancements come from diverse backgrounds, not solely from Europe.

One of the Many reasons why I decided to leave the academia . Computer architecture is no different, it can even be way worse.

Replying to @JeffDean
It also generally exceeds the performance of the Mistral 7B model, particularly in math / science and coding-related tasks.
