The more j hear about this case, the more i smell desperation from Nintendo This is just one of latest shenanigans Nintendo is trying to pull trying to win this case so they use this win to hurt pokemon-like competition

Thats literally the case why Companies patent everything, cause the way the law is exist anyone can patent something that is not patent and sue the original owner.
