On remembrance Sunday I had the duty to lay the wreath on behalf of the @LeedsGreenParty
When we remember the sacrifices made in the past we must also remember the current conflicts such a Palestine and Sudan and the continous loss of life throughout the world and seek to build a world of peace not endless war.

First, calm yourself down hun. I'm literally writing a motion to next year's conference about workplace democracy.
Second, Marx and Engels' positions evolved throughout their lives, and although important, they don't represent socialist thought as a whole.
This is why I think we should just own the socialist label. We're gonna get hit with it anyway, we might as well reclaim it and use the authenticity that gives us.
We can normalise it and help redefine what it means to the public.
Advice to young men with depression.
- Stop taking yourself so seriously. Open up. Allow yourself to feel emotions and be comfortable expressing them
- Find meaning and belonging. Volunteer in your community. Join a church. Whatever. Connect with others.
- Enjoy the moment

To those MPs trying to lay claim to Mamdani’s victory: he’s a democratic socialist - not a mouthpiece for corporations & billionaires.
If he were in the Lab party & hadn’t been expelled/suspended or hounded out - he’d almost certainly be in @mainstreamlbr
