In 1914, Lenin was “arrested by mistake” in Nowy Targ, then suddenly released with the help of powerful friends. Austrian Reichsrat deputy Dr. Zygmunt Marek personally vouched for him, writing: “Lenin Ulyanov is personally known to me, he is reliable and trustworthy.” Shortly after, Lenin received an official receipt for 200 kronen upon release notarized and signed by the district commissioner. These are not the actions of a persecuted revolutionary but actions of a man under protection and supervision of the Austro-Hungarian establishment long before 1917.

The old world shares an essential disbelief in the great man hypothesis. History does what history does, and it drags us little humans along with it. But not America. In America, history is shaped by the actions of individuals

The last witness Simone Senon passed away today in Limoges at the age of 100. At 8 p.m. on 10 June 1944, 19-year old Camille was on a tramway and heading back to Oradour-sur-Glane after her day's work in Limoges. The tram came to a halt near the burning village and SS troops checked the identity cards of the other fourteen passengers. An NCO let them go, but they had to return to Limoges. He said in French that this was their lucky day. The killing was over - there is no-one left to die. Camille Senon was the last living person to have seen the SS that day after they burned down the village and murdered 643 men, women and children. Nine members of the Senon family were among the dead. #WW2

Not to mention that China buys 90% of Iranian oil. Some Chiggers on here tried to convince me that it would have little effect on them because of their electric cars, not realizing the other 10 million industrial uses of petroleum.
