Imagine this, @AshwiniVaishnaw: A girl files a harassment complaint. Police record her personal details, address, phone, etc, and then hand them to the accused, saying, “Go sort it out among yourselves.” Is that how redressal works? When a passenger files a complaint about catering on a train, your system collects their PNR and seat number. Why is that information being shared with the catering staff? If there is an issue on board, the details should be passed only to the TTE and Railway Police, who should proceed with an impartial investigation, without producing the complainant in front of the same staff they complained against. Look at how Swiggy and Zomato handle complaints: the customer submits proof, the platform investigates internally, and necessary action is taken. If IRCTC were running Swiggy, they’d probably share the customer’s details with the delivery guy and ask both to meet and “resolve it personally.” Completely unacceptable. Incidents of passengers being threatened, abused, or assaulted for complaining about overcharging are increasing. It’s a systemic failure of grievance redressal. Reform is required.

He awarded govt tenders to two private companies on the condition that they hire his wife, Poonam Dixit, as a consultant, only on paper, and pay her a monthly salary. The companies complied. Over two years, during the companies contract period with Govt, Poonam Dixit received nearly ₹40 lakh without ever visiting either office. Really innovative, but sadly got caught. I'm impressed. In my opinion, GoI should constitute a Rashtriya Chatur Bhrashtachari Sammaan to award such innovative ways of doing desh-seva.

घर इकलौता चिराग बुझ गया..दुनिया ही उजड़ गई..अब कहां जाए..किससे गुहार लगाएं.. जोकि..मृतक बेटे को न्याय मिल जाए-- दुखियारी मां पवन पांडेय..😢 विगत 5माह से..रो रोकर सुख चुके मृतक पुत्र के वियोग में..मां,पिता व छोटी बहन के..आंसू..😢 मां का..रुंधा गला बता रहा..बुढ़ापे के सहारे मृतक बेटे की हुई साजिशमय मौत की दुखद कहानी..😭 दुखद मौत की घटना है..प्रयागराज के रहने वाले 24वर्षीय अजिंक्य पांडेय की है..जोकि लखनऊ तो आया था प्रशासनिक परीक्षा की तैयारी करने..लेकिन..जिसकी मिली थी..गोमती नगर स्थित विरामखंड के पीजी हॉस्टल में..लटकी लाश! ..अब ये घटना थी या सोची समझी हत्या की कोई साजिश..जिसको आत्महत्या का रूप देकर मामला रफा दफा करने में ही लग गए..जिम्मेदार..🙄 आम तौर पर देखा जाए तो सुबह से शाम तक यदि कोई छात्र अपने अपने कमरों से ना निकले तो हॉस्टल वालों और साथियों को चिंता होने लगती है..जिसकी आपस में अन्य साथियों से पूछताछ भी शुरू हो ही जाती है..किंतु यहां तो कहानी कुछ अलग रही..दो दिन बाद जब कमरे से बदबू आना शुरू हुई तब साथी छात्रों और पीजी हॉस्टल मालिक को पता चला! ..वैसे ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है..🤔 कि जब हॉस्टल मेस में सभी छात्र एक साथ भोजन किया करता थे तब किसी ने भी अचानक से गायब हुए अजिंक्य की अनुपस्थिति पर भी ध्यान नहीं दिया..? प्रश्न तो बहुत है..लेकिन जब साजिशन हत्या की FIR लिखकर विवेचना पुलिस करती..तब जानकारी में आता..लेकिन कमिश्नरेट लखनऊ के जिम्मेदार अफसरों ने ये सब ना सोचते/समझते हुए..अचिंत्य पांडेय की संदिग्ध मौत को आत्महत्या(सुसाइड) करार देकर सीधे पोस्टमार्टम ही करवा डाला.. घटना की जानकारी मिलने के बाद से ही लगातार पीड़ित परिवारिजन.. मृतक अचिंत्य की संदिग्ध मौत की FIR दर्ज करवाने को लेकर लखनऊ पुलिस अफसरों की करते ही रहे..गणेश परिक्रमा..लेकिन मजाल क्या किसी भी हृदय विहीन अफसरों का दिल जरा भी पसीज जाए.. हत्या की FIR नहीं लिखी गई गई..🤔 परिवारजनों ने खासकर मां ने फिर भी हिम्मत ना हारी और एक एक कर सभी जनप्रतिनिधियों के दरवाजों पर दस्तक देती रही..क्षेत्रीय विधायक, सांसद के आगे एक मजबूर मां ने..अपने मृतक बेटे को न्याय दिलाने के बहुत गिड़गिड़ाई, मिन्नते की..तब जाकर लखनऊ सांसद राजनाथ सिंह के पुत्र पंकज सिंह से मुलाकात हुई..जिनको संपूर्ण घटना से अवगत कराया गया.. जिस पर पंकज जी द्वारा पुलिस विभाग को मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच हेतु FIR दर्ज करने हेतु कहा गया.. काफी जद्दोजहद के बाद आखिरकार थाना गोमती नगर में बीएनएस की धारा 103(1) में दिनांक 29/07/25 को दर्ज किया गया..मुकदमा। जिस FIR पर आज तक कोई भी प्रभावी कार्यवाही शायद प्रचलित तक ना हुई! FIR के बाद हॉस्टल में साथ रह रहे नामजद लड़कों से अभी तक कोई पूछताछ भी नहीं की गई? पीजी हॉस्टल मालिक को भी पूछताछ से ही दूर ही रखा जा रहा? आखिर इनको पुलिस से कौन कृपालु अदृश्य शक्तियों बचा रहीं..ऐसे ही कुछ अनुत्तरित प्रश्न हैं जो एक लाचार मां लखनऊ पुलिस से लगातार पूंछ रही लेकिन नहीं मिल पा रहा..सही ज़बाब! शायद उच्चस्तरीय दबाव के कारण अपनी चिर परिचित लचर कार्यशैली अपनाते हुए थाना प्रभारी नहीं कर पा रहे..कोई भी अग्रिम प्रभावी विधिक कार्यवाही! ..आज भी परिवारीजन मृतक बेटे को न्याय दिलाने में मदद के लिए दर दर भटक रहे..लगा ही रहे हैं दंडनात्मक कार्यवाही की..गुहार! पुलिस तो ना सुन रही..अब आप ही सुन लें इस...दुखियारी पीड़ित मां की करुण पुकार..@myogiadityanath जनहित में प्रकरण की उच्चस्तरीय निष्पक्ष जांच कर यदि कोई दोषी पाया जाता है तो उसके विरुद्ध दंडनात्मक कार्यवाही अपेक्षित..श्रीमान @CMOfficeUP @homeupgov @sanjaychapps1 @dgpup @Uppolice @LucknowDivision
