5ARD males are not "women with high testosterone" but straight-up XY males with internal testes and all the hormonal, athletic advantages those bring.

Thank you, @grok: Was chattel slavery still legal in Saudi Arabia when Malcolm X converted to Islam? When he went on haj to Mecca?

Mohammed was made a success by marrying up, and after his wife's death treated women as livestock. Mohammedism is a personality cult, which sees Mohammed as the most perfect moral exemplar for everyone, so of course it treats women like cattle and dogs. Hijab is a slave collar.

This is a global problem which demands a global solution, as World Athletics, World Aquatics and World Boxing all understand.

Please remove all suspected 5ARD males until you get your stuff together for global sex-verification.

You are not engaging in good faith here, and so I am choosing to disengage. Thank you for playing, and I hope you spend the rest of your day acting more like a serious person.
Okay, then. What is your understanding of a "canal," as contrasted with a harbor or a bay or a fjord? The cavity which some 5ARD males may have is not a vagina.
"Intersex" is an umbrella term with little medical precision, and most variations in sex development are clearly categorized as male or female. en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php… The DSD most likely to show up as an issue for women's sport is 5ARD, and that is the condition at play here.

What is your understanding of anatomy, and the distinction between labia and a vagina? A vagina sits between the labia toward the uterus at its cervix, so there can be "vagina" in the absence of a uterus, which 5ARD males do not have. Embryology teaches us that the vulva and scrotum are each formed from homologous tissue, which differentiates in utero as part of normal, urogenital development. A fairly simple, cartoon explanation of homologous tissue may be found at ohjoysextoy.com/genitals/, although it oddly portrays a circumcised glans. "Blind pocket" is a common description for 5ARD anatomy, because it is not a vagina.
