I stay away from companies that are build on anchoring narrative for e.g. since $TSLA have done well so other EVs to be valued in same multiples as it. In fact these companies, likely should be penalised as they claim the multiple of disruptor and leader without any track record
I stay away from companies pumped by mainstream media & analysts. Enough evidence over last 3-4 decades establishes that they consistently fail to understand tech and disruptive companies and drag their analysis with significant confirmation bias, even when evidence say otherwise
I focuses on company narrative especially the part where they say what they are not doing and then look how rest of products and company structures reinforce. I prefer concentric circle based expansion with strong networking effects
I listen management and separate facts and data and evaluate the merit. Wall Street and many C-suites are expert in smooth articulated talks, it adds nothing to the value to companies in long term. Also Executives who answer questions by pivoting completely from query - Big 🚩
I avoid calculated metrics as IMO, they are helpful looking back and in hindsight. every equation has inputs and outputs, if you have spent a career studying physics, math + engineering + Finance, you will likely develop enough insight on what the output will be based on input
To me, this insight from input numbers and strategic mapping of companies on tools like ERRC (blue ocean framework), Five forces, Strategy canvas, SWOT is more useful instead of building an elaborate financial model, modeling part to comes when i am testing scenarios
Over the yrs, i have developed my own set of scenario testing which is the core part of my IndustriaNX IP. There is no right way of doing scenarios as there could be plenty of confirmation bias, I try 1st the scenarios where I am wrong and things can go way south from base case

My Investing Philosophy 🧵: High Concentrated positions, Selected High Growth Sector Diversification, Fundamental Analysis, and Options Strategies
- Investing can be a daunting task, especially in the current financial climate. There are a lot of factors that can influence the value of stocks, including global events, economic indicators, and the performance of individual companies. As an investor, it's important to have a well-defined strategy that can help you navigate the ups and downs of the market. In this article, I will outline my investing philosophy, which is based on High Concentrated positions, Selected High Growth Sector Diversification, Fundamental Analysis, and Options Strategies.
I interpret and assess a company strategy first, before i do numbers as the story has to be consistent. Strategy is forward-looking while numbers most of time are backwards looking. Here is how i do it..
Scaling in and Scaling out of a position, including averaging up was a KEY game changer for me.
The companies I made major money are generally the ones for which it took me 1-3 years to enter after I started following it
Vice Versa, I lost most in companies I jumped too fast because the opportunity was too juicy to miss, i rarely made money in those if any it was always minor
if one rule I have today above any rule in investing is ONLY INVEST in companies that pass my bar of a quality company
You can hold a good company even during a major downturn as they are the 1st ones to recover most of times
Everyone following me should know this
- I dont accept tips
- I don't do paid Patreon or Discord or telegram or substack
- I don't monetise any social media content including my @X account

Should for any reason it changes in future, I will be the first to tell you, for now i have no plans for any paid service. And in near future also, no plans!
