The biggest reason I love working at Cursor is the talent density of the people. It’s so much fun to work on a high-performing team.

Thanks? You could also just, you know, make the wireless service good and then leave it that way. I guess.

Introducing Cursor Learn! My first course is a six-part video series on AI foundations. It's designed for beginners to learn concepts like tokens, context, and agents. If you prefer to read, there's quizzes + AI models to try out. You can watch it in ~1 hour, 100% free!
Bugbot is one of the best tools I have used, go check it out for yourself!
In the past month, Cursor found 1M+ bugs in human-written PRs. Over half were real logic issues that were fixed before merging. Today, we're releasing the system that spotted these bugs. It's already become a required pre-merge check for many teams.

Here are some reflections from 2025 so far on AI, infra, databases, and security. I’ve spoken with over 20 people building, using, or buying AI applications. Curious to discuss this more! 🧵
My hotel gym only had dumbbells to 50 but had a NECK cable attachment. That is what we call bad risk prioritization.

These challenges are why we built Resourcely Campaigns. With Campaigns security teams can define policies, identify infrastructure that violates them, and help developers remediate those misconfigurations quickly and at scale.

This becomes especially cumbersome when the changes are across multiple resources with different owners, stakeholder teams, and context.
Remediating misconfigurations in existing resources can be painful: developers aren't cloud services or Terraform experts, and frequently, they are dealing with an overwhelming number of requests.

This is a great opportunity for technical founders that want to get more into investing. I am part of cohort 1 and I can’t vouch for @jake_zeller, Jonathan Swanson, and this program enough!
1/ Applications are now open for Powerset Cohort 3, where top founders get their own $1M+ fund for angel investing. Like past cohorts, investment experience is not required, and founders have no administrative obligations.

Great opportunity to be part of something cool!
At Powerset we’re building the tools we wish we had as founders.  Too often founders send investor updates with asks, only to be met with silence. We’re fixing this by building agents that turn asks into results (e.g., customer intros, recruiting). We’re hiring two full-stack product engineers to lead development of software tools our agents will use. You’ll work directly with our co-founder @swaaanson, founder of two unicorns: Thumbtack and Athena. We’re open to full-time or part-time. My email is jake@powerset.co
