a clear failure mode I'm seeing for pre-2021 startups:
1. distribution advantage isn't strong enough to fend off AI-native competitors
2. founders aren't hands-on enough with product to rebuild for AI
... there are a lot of tech debt nightmares out there that are going to get crushed when they try to incorporate AI. The irony of this is, is debt isn't a development problem, it's an organizational problem, but debt just confuses the model.
Strong agree. Bunch of horseless carriages.
Not see enough talk about how ai native workflows are often fundamentally different and thus adding AI to existing workflows is just a stopgap on journey of ai adoption.
I'll repeat:
Any reason to allocate 50k tokens for context autocompact in CC? why is it not a subagent running haiku and freeing the context for the main thread?
any technical limitations to that?
@trq212 I love the Claude skills but the setup process is too complex. Example every project has different skillsets some use typescript some python some Aws some gcp so creating Claude skills manually is very time consuming. Can you please make the process easy?
