Calling it a "religion" might be too generous. What's actually happening is a religious heresy. You arbitrarily cut a chunk of a religion, cultivate it in a tube by injecting various extremity hormones, and grow a totally new monster.

The coming "Evangelical Islam" might simply be the flattening and commercialization of the religion, turning it from a "whole" system to a cancerous blob. Why do you believe in Allah? Maybe because you "feel" His love. What if you can technologically scale this "feeling" 100x?
