It is of absolute importance that the label used is "thugs". Not "mafia", not "rent-seeker", not "the regime", none of those. The reason is because thugs are dirty, low status cockroaches with much fewer cultural appeal, causing extermination to be both fitting and natural.

Thanks to movies like The Godfather, mafias have an aesthetic reputation. Not so for thugs. Thugs must always be associated with dumb, gambling-addicted losers that ruins the sight of city streets. Dogs must walk with four feet.
