Lady, America didn’t build China. It built Walmart. China just supplied the merchandise. You mistake trade for charity and profit for benevolence. The U.S. didn’t "pour trillions" into China. American corporations offshored to escape their own workers’ wages and inflate their shareholders’ profits. China turned their greed into growth. It used capitalism to finance socialism. When Washington opened its markets in the 1980s, it wasn’t to help China. It was to weaken the Soviet bloc, to create a cheap-labor factory under U.S. control. But Beijing flipped the script. It learned the machine, rewired it, and built its own. China took every factory they outsourced and turned it into a school of sovereignty. Every dollar of foreign investment became a lesson in self-reliance. Every imported technology became a prototype for independence. You say socialism "never works." Then how do you explain the only country that lifted 800 million people out of poverty without colonial plunder or IMF debt? The only major economy that industrialized without global conquest? The only state that built its rise on planning, not pillaging? Cuba and Venezuela are not failures of socialism. They are proof that socialism under siege can still survive the most violent embargoes in modern history. The U.S. spent decades starving them, and still they stand. And Vietnam, bombed, blockaded, and left in ruins, rose from the ashes to become one of Asia’s fastest-growing economies. What you call "freedom" is the freedom to exploit. What China calls socialism is the freedom to survive. America built empires on corpses. China built cities out of ruins. That’s the difference between a nation that consumes history And one that makes it.
