I asked ChatGPT to do the deep research for Flutter vs RN
I was surprised to see that Futter actually wins in some cases. Higher satisfaction, more GH stars etc.
There is definitely more job offers for RN, probably due to compatibility with web.
tl;dr
if you want a more native feel, use RN
if you want more consistency in the UI, use Flutter
the documentation is slightly better for Flutter, which could mean that LLMs will vibe code better with it
Those posts always trigger RN vs Flutter discussions
And I have the impression that RN has a stronger voice/presence
But then when I said that I wasn't very happy with RN and it was super slow, everyone asked me if I use Expo, and when I said no, everyone said that before Expo it was horrible
Which is kind of contradictory... so RN is great, but it was actually horrible, until Expo came and fixed everything? 😅
Recreated the infamous sonner package by @emilkowalski_ in Flutter.
I took his animation course, and I’d say I can apply it everywhere.
Here’s a demo built with Motor package - Interruptible spring animation combined with a curve fade-in. everything runs smoothly at 120 fps 💙

The world runs on proof, but our credentials are scattered PDFs, unverifiable links, and screenshot of certificates.
