With water and electrolytes she could last at least a month and her BMI would probably still be above 25. I bet any insulin resistance would go away. Her body would probably look like one of those Shar-Pei dogs, but fasting can only accomplish so much.

It's hard to make out what she said but I don't think she said that. That was a comment added by the commentator. It is easy to mock a fat person going hungry but while she is not going to starve going without food can still be very bad for her. As well as missing out on vitamins & minerals her body will start to metabolise protein rather than fat hence her fat:protein ratio will worsen. After prolonged lack of food she may even suffer fatal refeeding syndrome. There seem to be quite a lot of comments about her circumstances & why she needs food stamps which people are presumably pulling out of their arses with no information given about that in the clip. She may be struggling to find work & facing discrimination if not for her colour for the very fact she is overweisght.

Completely helpless in the face of strangers no longer helping her maintain her 220lb frame. She has no agency, no responsibility, no culpability, no anything unless it's given to her simply for existing.
