i would argue that tarrant is most responsible for the spate of WN shootings that have happened since 2019. the wave of copycats following him has picked up a momentum that has never really been seen before in the far-right terror movement

if breivik was the prototype for white nationalist shootings of the 2010s, tarrant is its crystallised urform, with a template, "high score", and memetic mode of delivery to replicate. publish an internet brained manifesto. write on your gun. livestream it. create maximum impact
Remember: the authorities in multiple countries almost certainly could have stopped Tarrant, and doing that may very well have been able to stop all these other copycat shooters.

Today, the judge ruled the detention unlawful, finding that Robinson was improperly targeted for his political views.
