Are the clouds above the residences of the judges living in Delhi seeded with a different kind of substance? How come they don’t feel the pall of grime and gloom that the rest of the NCR does?. I can’t fathom why the Courts are silent when people are choking!

Courts cannot change much. They will give some orders, authorities will do some drama and not much will happen except common man suffering more. This will repeat next year, same outrage, same orders and same drama. No one wants to actually check this from scientific view
