Prompt ; You are my personal market research assistant. I am a solo developer building B2B or prosumer SaaS tools. I am 100% independent/bootstrapped with no funding - and a hard infra budget that can't exceed more than $200/month. So you'll need to be creative here. I have no team, no capital, so ideally just me - coding and deploying this thing. Your goal: scan the web (Reddit, Hacker News, Indie Hackers, Twitter/X, GitHub issues, niche Discords, Quora, etc.) to describe real pain points currently being suffered by either users or developers or other businesses. Look at reviews, blog comments, etc. For each you'll include: - Pain Point: The pain/complaint users have (real world) - Target Audience: Who is this pain being experienced by (a specific cohort of x?) - Why it hurts: Why this pain is potentially a real revenue opportunity (because X, in return for saving time/money/sleep) - Tool Idea: Suggest a simple SaaS or tool I could build in 2 weeks (given above limitations)? Infra cost < $200. A solo dev could make it without tears. - How one could make $$$$: Explain how the thing could plausibly make money (e.g. Subscriptions, pay per use, etc.) - Bonus: If there is another existing "solution" for this problem already: ➡️ how much does it cost ➡️ what sucks about it (pricing, ux, complexity, etc.) ➡️ can this be done much, much better? Your tone here doesn't need to be flowery or particularly nice. You can be a mean assistant - that's fine! Just be direct, cut to the chase, no waffle or fluff. Prioritize practical over theoretical. Focus on pain people are actively voicing now, not future trends or maybe a someday idea.

first DeepWiki, now Codemaps. investing in coding agents increases separation from you and your code, increasing chance of slop. investing in codebase understanding scales with model intelligence and keeps you both accountable for what you ship and increases your confidence in shipping the hardest, highest value code.
Introducing Codemaps in @windsurf! powered by SWE-1.5 and Sonnet 4.5 “Your code is your understanding of the problem you’re exploring. So it’s only when you have your code in your head that you really understand the problem.” — @paulg

We've added the ability to use plugins in the Claude Agent SDK. This allows you to bring the same extension points from Claude Code like subagents & skills into your agent. For example, this is how you can use our document skills to create docx, ppt and xlsx files

Running Claude Code Agents in Docker and it's working great 👏 Just executed this and watched Claude build a complete Express REST API inside an isolated container: npx claude-code-templates@latest --sandbox docker \ --agent development-team/backend-architect \ --prompt "Create a REST API with Express with validation and error handling" - Container spins up - installs Claude Agent SDK - downloads the agent - Claude starts coding Everything visible in Docker logs. Output: Full Express project with routes, validation, error handling. All files extracted to local after execution. Next tutorials: Adding Telemetry and Hooks to monitor what Claude does inside the container. Running these agents on ECS or Kubernetes would be interesting 🤔

I have been writing for years about the fact that we are not ready for the destruction of costly signalling mechanisms. Writing used to be a way of measuring effort, ability and diligence. We still have no easy substitute. oneusefulthing.org/p/setting…

We've raised $100M from Kleiner Perkins, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, and NVIDIA. Today we're introducing Sonic-3 - the state-of-the-art model for realtime conversation. What makes Sonic-3 great: - Breakthrough naturalness - laughter and full emotional range - Lightning fast - 90ms model latency, 190ms end-to-end (fastest on market) - Supports 42 languages The difference: We build on State Space Models (SSMs) instead of Transformers. Transformers (what everyone else uses) are like rewatching the entire conversation from the start before saying each new word. Every word requires reviewing everything. SSMs (what Sonic-3 uses) are like humans, remembering the topic and vibe of the conversation. Enough context to speak naturally without replaying everything. My co-founder, Albert, and I pioneered the SSM paradigm at Stanford AI Lab (S4, Mamba), and it is now being adopted industry-wide. Thousands of businesses like ServiceNow, Cresta, and Decagon power millions of conversations monthly with Sonic. Try for free or book a demo here: cartesia.ai/sonic. If you're qualified and we can't make your voice AI better than what you're using now, I'll donate $5K to your chosen charity. As part of this launch, we cooked something super cool for you 👇🏻

I've been really impressed with the way Claude Code has started asking questions when you're in Plan mode. So i was curious if i could ask Claude to reveal how this works. I asked Claude - "tell me about the tool you have for plan mode where you ask questions to the user. how does that tool work". And Claude answered! It has access to a AskUserQuestion tool which it uses for this purpose. What's fascinating about this approach is that the team @AnthropicAI decided that this is the best way this job done. I mean if I wanted my agent to get some info from user, my first instinct would be to add it in the system prompt. Something like "If you feel like you could use user's input on something, ask them clarifying questions instead of guessing". But instead, Anthropic created a tool for agent to user. Here's the description of the AskUserQuestion tool that Claude sees. I'm taking notes as a developer because this is the pattern to use your own AI assistant if you wanna get user input. The goal can be anything - asking clarifying questions, getting feedback, collecting user data. Between this and using tool call to manage a working TodoList, i feel like we have just started scratching the surface of how versatile this tool calling framework is.

BREAKING 🚨: Google is preparing Nano Banana 2, "GEMPIX2," for an upcoming release! A new announcement has been recently added to the Gemini website, which means that we should expect a release within the following weeks.
Still one of my favorite prompts, tough to beat!
