Gamer. Birder. Lefty angry with the Left. GC. I'm a sex-realist feminist and The Greens told me not to vote for them. So I won't. Ever again. Never.

Rather generous of the water minister to praise Southern Water for owning up to the catastrophic spill of contaminated plastic!

I don’t care how much money you spent! You can’t purchase your way into womanhood. And you can’t buy anything that bypasses women’s consent. We do not consent. Your purchases don’t get you an all access pass to naked women and girls. I don’t care how much money you spent on plastic surgery. I don’t care what you look like. Women say NO. This is not hate.
Watching the BBC defending the indefensible has been a sad experience. I’ve loved the BBC, but gave up my licence two years ago because of their refusal to admit the reality of biological sex. Before cancelling my licence, I made several complaints to the BBC about their adoption of gender ideology. I gave up after they knocked each complaint back. #TheBBCIsBroken Here is one example, where I complained about the BBC including men in the BBC’s top 100 Women list:

Beware the editor who tells you she / he has to be impartial on whether or not people can change sex. They’ve just told you a. they don’t understand impartiality and b. they don’t understand sex either

McKeown still justifies the 30 year IRA campaign of violence calling it 'moral' but not acceptable at BFF is a woman calling for men to get out of women's spaces.

The BBC has a long history of shoddy “journalism” & bias. In October 2019, I was invited to give my views following the closure of Operation Midland & subsequent Henriques Report - not to sit through a Metropolitan Police press statement. Then Naga Munchetty incorrectly claimed Cressida Dick had been cleared by the IOPC & Henriques - she wasn’t even interviewed let alone cleared! When I tried to correct the record, I was interrupted in case I said something “potentially incorrect”. The irony speaks for itself.

Unfortunately the Times hasn’t caught up with the new language. As you rightly point out, they have banned men from women’s sports.

Worth a repost today ...
We’ve launched a podcast: No Fear. No Favour. In Episode One, former BBC journalists reflect on what it means to cover sex and gender with impartiality, what happens when stories are quietly shelved, the issue of safeguarding, and why trust in journalism is under strain. /

This film of Mridul Wadhwa admitting he obtained his job at a rape crisis centre by deception has just been removed by YouTube for "copyright infringement", so please don't watch or share it.
Even on the day when the BBC is engulfed in a misinformation scandal they cannot bring themselves to headline their stories correctly. The IOC is not planning to ban "transgender women", they are planning to correctly separate the male and the female categories. No one is banned

I think the first step in dismantling trans ideology for the public *when everyone's ready for that conversation* will involve making it clear that what they know as "trans" is not all one thing, it's a bunch of different phenomena. When the gender Berlin wall comes down, and free speech is restored, this will be the first taboo that will need to be addressed for uninitiated citizens fleeing woke totalitarianism. All "types of trans" are various types of mental illness (or at least extreme distress), all distinct but with "social sex roles" playing a central part, and the participation of others implied. It will take a long time to convince most people that there is no such thing as true trans, and some people may never get there. This is thanks to old polite lies that very committed autogynephiles wrangled out of the legal system decades ago. It's hard to accept that they got so duped. "Trans" is self-deception, adopted by a bunch of different categorisable demographics, each category with its own recognisable shared traits, and who for a variety of reasons use it to relieve a variety of types of mental anguish. It was never real, it is not real.

If this is confirmed, and I believe it will be, then the IOC has recognized biological reality, and will protect the boundary around women's sport. It was always a choice. thetimes.com/sport/olympics/…

Hoping we have heard and seen the last of drag queens on the BBC. If not we know precisely which group of people in the BBC is responsible for continuing to destroy it from the inside.

Because it's in the sea with a tidal access and there aren't many places like that.
Why did we stop building like this?
